If you wish to see this condo , please call me for a showing.  If you decide to rent it, I will provide a rental application for completion.  A rental application must be completed and submitted with a money order payable to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the amount of $25.50 for each adult applicant.  Once approved a rental agreement will be provided for your signature. At that time a security deposit equivalent to first month's rent, $750,  plus first month's rent in the amount of $750 and a $300 pet deposit, if applicable will be due.  All checks must be in the form of a Cashier's check made payable to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

On-going monthly rent checks will be sent directly to the owner and the security deposit will be held by the owners and will be returned after final inspection upon termination of the lease.
