If you wish to reserve this unit, please complete the form below.  A Brief Vacation Rental questionnaire will be E-mailed to you for your signature.  Once approved, a Rental Agreement will be sent.   If you do not have an e-mail address, please call the agent and he can take the information over the phone and then a rental agreement can be sent via regular mail.  The Rental Agreement and a non-refundable reservation fee is required to book the unit. Fees are as follows: 

  1. $1000 Reservation fee, applied as security deposit upon arrival
  2. $100 cleaning fee (refundable if reservation cancelled).
  3. Balance of rent is due 30 days prior to arrival.

All checks must be in the form of a Cashier's check made payable to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
