The Versailles is across the street from Smoke Tree Shopping center and the newer Smoke Tree Commons, with restaurants, banks, Word Market, Jensen' and Ralph's grocery stores, beauty salon, Walgreens drugs and many more. And it is less than 2 miles to downtown, with more restaurants, shops and a Casino. This is a lower unit in a great location for rest and relaxation in our desert paradise.   Owners will consider allowing a pet dog on an individual basis with a $300 pet deposit.  Please indicate size of pet when contacting the agent.

If you wish to reserve this unit, please complete the form below.  A Brief Vacation Rental questionnaire will be E-mailed to you for your signature.  Once approved, a Rental Agreement will be sent.   If you do not have an e-mail address, please call the agent and he can take the information over the phone and then a rental agreement can be sent via regular mail.  The Rental Agreement and a non-refundable reservation fee, a security deposit and a cleaning fee is required to book the unit. Fees are as follows: 

  1. $100 Reservation fee (non-refundable); becomes part of the security deposit upon arrival
  2. $400 Security deposit (refunded within 21 days of departure) 
  3. $150 cleaning fee (refundable if reservation cancelled).
  4. Balance of rent is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Contact the agent for an application form, or complete the form below.  This information is required to prepare the rental agreement and optionally run a credit check at the expense of the owner should they choose.  (Most do not choose to do a credit check on Vacation rentals).

As soon as the completed Vacation Rental Agreement and Reservation fee is received, the dates you have chosen will be marked Booked on the Reservation calendar.  Personal checks in US Dollars are accepted which should be made payable to the owner.  DO NOT SEND MONEY with the application.  You will be notified to whom payment should be made and when.

Your security deposit will be returned to you by the owner of the unit within 21 days after departure.  Note that all or any of this deposit may be applied toward repairs or damage caused by Occupant or Occupant's guests.  Please read your Rental Agreement for details.
