Seasonal Rental – Warm Sands area. Tastefully furnished 3 bedroom, 1 and 3/4 bath home with Den. This home is located in South end Palm Springs near Sunny Dunes Road and South Palm Canyon Drive. The residence has been completely remodeled including a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bathrooms with granite counter tops, tiled floors throughout , instant hot water system and indoor laundry.   Owner will provide internet service and long distance phone service at no cost, if tenant requires it. The home is less than 2 miles to downtown, with great restaurants, shops and a Casino. This is a private home in a great location for rest and relaxation in our desert paradise. Seasonal Rates apply: $2,500/mo June through October, $3500/mo November through May - one Month minimum. Owners will permit one small pet, but have requested that there be no smoking in their home.  Utilities in excess of $150.00/mo will be deducted from security deposit.   This will happen is pool heater is used for more than a few days at a time.

If you wish to reserve this unit, please contact agent and a brief Vacation Rental questionnaire will be E-mailed to you for your signature.  Once approved, a Rental Agreement will be sent.   If you do not have an e-mail address, please call the agent and he can take the information over the phone and then a rental agreement can be sent via regular mail.  The Rental Agreement and a non-refundable reservation fee, a Security deposit and a cleaning fee is required to book the unit. Fees are as follows: 

1. $100 Reservation fee (non-refundable); becomes part of the security deposit upon arrival
2. $3500 Security deposit (refunded within 21 days of departure) 
3. $100 cleaning fee (refundable if reservation cancelled).
4. $300 pet deposit, if you are bringing a pet with you.
5. Balance of rent is due 30 days prior to arrival. 

Contact the agent for an application form, or complete the form below.  This information is required to prepare the rental agreement and optionally run a credit check at the expense of the owner should they choose.  (Most do not choose to do a credit check on Vacation rentals).

As soon as the completed Vacation Rental Agreement and Reservation fee is received, the dates you have chosen will be marked Booked on the Reservation calendar.  Personal checks in US Dollars are accepted which should be made payable to the owner.  DO NOT SEND MONEY with the application.  You will be notified to whom payment should be made and when.

Your security deposit will be returned to you by the owner of the unit within 21 days after departure.  Note that all or any of this deposit may be applied toward repairs or damage caused by Occupant or Occupant's guests.  Please read your Rental Agreement for details.
